Mental strength training is a conscious way of guiding and training our thoughts and our mind to achieve set goals and to go through changing processes successfully and purposefully. Through mental strength training it is possible to explore one’s thought processes, beliefs, values, communication patterns and convictions in a way that allows us to develop new thinking patterns, which scientifically proven enable us to find:
- efficient ways out of difficult situations (e. g. burn-out, stress, difficult interactions with others at work or home etc.) and emotions (e. g. anger, fear, shame etc.)
- develop purposeful agendas to set and achieve professional and private goals and face the many challenges of life with a changed attitude – as individual persons and in the interaction with other people.
